Meet our amazing team on The Green. We pride ourselves on the quality of our classes, and this is quite simply a reflection of the expertise and knowledge of our instructors, each with their own unique and complimentary styles.

Dimitris Stoantzikis

Instructor

Dimitris trained in reformer pilates with Alan Herdman in 2012 after graduating in financial science and becoming a yoga devotee. a delightful and knowledgeable teacher, his classes aim to protect and improve physiological functioning as we age.

Sakis Albanis

Instructor

Sakis has been teaching Reformer Pilates for over 11 years after qualifying with BASi. He is currently undergoing further training to teach teachers within BASI. His sessions aim to bring balance to our bodies with a caring and fun approach.

Marie Stapleton

Instructor

Marie Stapleton is a teacher deeply dedicated the the classical Pilates method. She trained comprehensively with two co-founders of the Pilates Foundation in 2011. Marie is experienced in rehabilitative, pre and post natal Pilates though these require 1:1 attention.

Hilal Dincer

Instructor

Hilal studied Reformer Pilates witH Polestar after graduating in Sports Science at Ankara University. Her Dynamic approach has the Classic Pilates Repertoire as basis, providing a fast paced and endurance building class.

Lisa Tosi

Instructor

Lisa has a dance and volleyball background. She qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2010 with Body Harmonics (Toronto), completing workshops in pre and post natal and rehab Pilates. Her classes encourage people to find harmony between mind and body while building strength in both.

Sevgi Yetgin

Instructor

Sevgi qualified with Balanced Body and has a dynamic approach to Pilates combines strength training, core conditioning, and flexibility to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Her classes are known for their harmonious blend of dynamic flows, mindful movement, and attention to alignment.
